Was there ever an update re this trike? Looks like a beauty. When I lived in London I always rode around on my Higgins Roadster in hand painted Hammerite black. I think if you're locking a trike/bike on a regular basis outside shops etc a scruffy hacker is the order of the day.

It was posted on Geoff's behalf to help his client.

Very nearly two years ago now. Never heard any more myself.

Tricycle theft should be punishable by being hung, drawn and quartered.

Not necessarily in that order.

Proper insurance helps to take away the pain.

Though carrying the massive, insurance approved U-lock around makes a mockery of the weight saving of owning a hand built trike.

The point of that particular order is the escalating order of pain. After quartering the plaintiff wouldn't feel a lot.

Perhaps, but I won't be drawn on the subject.  Wink

Hello Bumpy & Tricyklist, This sort of discussion reminds me of the fact that in the UK the penalty for "Attempted Suicide" used to be "Death By Hanging"? These days one is merely condemned to watch an eternity of what passes for television output! TTFN MM
